• Return Policy: We offer you a return policy within 30 days of receipt of the artwork. Please ensure the artwork is returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.

• Contacting us: If you wish to make a return, please contact us within the return period to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the reason for the return and other relevant information.

• Condition of Artwork: Artwork must be in the same condition in which it was sent to you. It must not show any damage, dirt or changes. Please handle the artwork carefully during the return period to ensure it returns in perfect condition.

• Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the artwork is the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork is defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects or damage in transit. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Refund: Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected by us, we will refund you the full purchase price of the artwork. The refund will usually be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase within a reasonable time.

Please note that personalized or bespoke artworks are generally not eligible for a return or refund unless they are significantly defective or damaged.

Shipping information for artworks

Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Here is the shipping information to ensure the artwork gets to you safely and on time:

• Packing: The artwork will be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. It will be wrapped in a special protective film or foam and packed in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent bumps and falls.

• Insurance: All artworks are fully insured during transit. This means that in the unlikely event of damage during shipping, insurance will cover the value of the artwork. Please inspect the artwork carefully upon delivery and report any damage to the supplier immediately.

• Shipping Providers: We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure the artwork is delivered safely and on time. 

• Shipping time: The exact shipping time depends on various factors such as your location and the availability of the artwork. Once you have placed your order we will endeavor to arrange shipment as soon as possible. Bespoke artwork may take additional time to produce.

• Tracking: Once the artwork has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. This allows you to check the location and estimated delivery date of your artwork at any time.

Please note that additional customs and import regulations may apply to international shipments. It is your responsibility to check these costs and formalities and pay them if necessary.
